My family and I had a pleasant time shopping for a vehicle at your dealership. The entire Toyota Michael Automotive staff at Fresno was very helpful. However, I would like to emphasize on the tremendous assistance that your salesman Oye provided. He was extremely welcoming, customer friendly, and accommodating. Oye thorougly explained the conditions and requirements in buying our new 2011 Toyota Sienna. I especially appreciated the "no pressure" attitude that he had.
