Review

I would like to extend my thanks to you and your team at Michael Toyota in Fresno, CA for making my first car buying experience an EXCELLENT one.  I went to test drive a few models with my brother last Sunday just to narrow down my search for a new vehicle, and bought a new 2010 Rav 4 instead. 

We were assisted by 2 gentlemen on your staff that I would like to especially recognize.  Oye Dokun is an exceptional salesperson: he is knowledgable of his product, goes out of his way to make his customers feel special, and was willing to answer the numerous questions that we asked.  Brendan Kane went above and beyond to see my purchase through to the end, him and Oye made a great team.

I'll be honest that going car shopping was not something I was looking forward to mostly because I have had poor experiences in the past.  I have been doing research for about 6 months now trying to decide which car to buy.  It came down to either a Toyota or a Honda, but needed to test drive each to see which I preferred.  This location was the first we visited that day, just by chance, and it was the only location we returned to.

Brendan and Oye are an asset to your company, please don't let them go!  My job revolves around customer service.  Whenever I see it delivered effortlessly, I want it to be recognized.

Three of my immediate family members own Toyotas, now I know why they speak so highly of them.  I love my new Rav 4 but feel even more privileged that I can share my amazing experience with everyone I know.  I am now a Toyota owner for life!!
